mainstream
Recently, the rapid development of digital mold
technology is the effective way to solve many problems faced in the development
of auto mould.

digital mold technology is that computer technology or computer
aided CAX technology is applied in the mold design and manufacturing process. Summarizing
the successful computer aided technology application experience of the domestic

been consolidated
The mould 3d
design which is an important content of digital
mold technology is the basis of integrating
mould design, manufacture and inspection. Japanese company Toyota, America
company GM which have applied the mould 3d
design have obtained the good effect of application.
Some ways of foreign mould 3d design is worth of our reference. Besides actualizing
the integrated manufacturing, mould 3d design is easy to interference analysis
which solves a difficult problem in the 2 d design.
3.The function of stamping process simulation
CAE highlights
In recent years,
with the rapid development of computer software and hardware, stamping forming
process of CAE simulation technology plays an
increasing important role. In the United States, Japan, Germany and
other developed countries, CAE technology which has
become a necessary link in die design and manufacturing process, is widely used
to predict the forming defects, optimize stamping process and mould structure. It improves the reliability of the mold design and reduces
the test time.
Many China auto mould enterprise also made significant progress in the
application of CAE, and obtained the good effect. Application of CAE technology
which can greatly save the cost of test, shorten
the development cycle of stamping die has become an important means to ensure
the quality of the mould. CAE technology is gradually turning
the mold design from empirical design into
